   We give you a lifetime title guarantee. We guarantee the title to the property will be free of liens, judgments, or any defects. We guarantee this by giving you a free and clear Warranty Deed when you pay off your land. This is such a powerful guarantee that the Warranty Deed is recorded in the County Courthouse with the County Clerk. We call it a lifetime guarantee because we promise to warrant the title as long as you own the land.

You may be concerned it will take a long time to pay off the land and, from a short-term viewpoint, this is true. But when you compare a ten to fifteen year payment plan with a home purchase on a thirty, forty, or even fifty year note, ten to fifteen years seems quite short. Although we sell land with extremely low monthly payments, which lengthens the term of the loan, you can pay extra each month if you'd like to shorten the repayment term.

Making choices

Off-roading, camping, hunting, stargazing, viewing nature or peace and quiet are all good reasons to own property. Perhaps you'd like to own a place to use when you go on vacation, or you're just looking for a little getaway for the weekend. When you buy, you'll have all the freedom to do as you choose.

The answer is no; you can begin building whenever you're ready, and you can wait as long as you like. One benefit of a rural setting is the relaxed planning and building requirements.

Land as an investment is another big reason people buy from us. The law of supply and demand states the less of something there is, the higher the price will be and we all know they stopped making land a long time ago. Many buyers realize the value of purchasing now, before prices go any higher. Holding real estate long-term has always been a sound investment strategy. We don't have a pre-payment penalty or balloon payment, so you're free to do what works best for you.

Think of owner financing as an easy bank loan without all the loan applications, credit checks, income requirements, and red tape. You want to buy the land and we want to sell it to you. What could be simpler?
